Things I Need Before I Can Get Started
1. A completed "New Client Intake Form" Please note this form is two pages, please make sure you download and complete both pages. (Available at the secure drop off bin or download here page 1, download here page 2)
2, Your last year's tax return's
3. A signed Engagement Agreement for new and returning clients (Available at the secure drop off bin or download here)
4. Photocopies of each return signers driver's license or state issued id card
5. Your annual property tax statements for the current year (not what was paid during the year but what was billed for the current tax year).
6. Your current tax documents. Please make sure you review your filing from the previous year to ensure you have all of your tax documents. If you miss something and the return gets filed, it will need to be amended and there is a $125 fee for amended returns. If you miss something and I have already prepared and printed your return, there will be a $25 reprint/edit fee to add the missing document(s). For these reasons it is important not to rush into the office with your tax documents. Please review and make sure you have everything that you had in the prior year.
