How to Submit Documents

Simply call or text me and we will set up a convenient time to meet and I will pick up your documents. If you are able to download the New Client Intake Form and Engagement Letter from this website, please complete these forms as I must have these documents (completed and signed) and your prior year tax return before I will begin work on your taxes. Please note that I reserve the right to reject preparation of your return for any reason. If I decide not to prepare your return, I will notify you and you must then make arrangement with me to pick up your documents. I will not mail back anyone's documents; it is your responsibility to ensure they are picked up.
Even though Livingston Tax LLC uses a secure, encrypted VPN, email transmission of taxpayer information is not considered secure. For this reason, I am only accepting documents via appointment. Keeping your information secure is of the upmost importance to my practice.
