How to Submit Documents
- Simply call or text me and we will set up a convenient time to meet and I will pick up your documents. If you are able to download the New Client Intake Form and Engagement Letter from this website, please complete these forms as I must have these documents (completed and signed) and your prior year tax return before I will begin work on your taxes. Please note that I reserve the right to reject preparation of your return for any reason. If I decide not to prepare your return, I will notify you and you must then make arrangement with me to pick up your documents. I will not mail back anyone's documents; it is your responsibility to ensure they are picked up.
- New for the 2024 filing season, Livingston Tax LLC will begin accepting documents from existing clients through a secure, encrypted email account. This account encrypts not only the body of the email but every attachment as well. Existing clients are welcome to send their documents via this email account but new clients will require a in person meeting prior to the first year of preparation. Keeping your information secure is of the upmost importance to my practice. Secure email account is livingstontax@protonmail.com.
